| This wonderful dress clip is an early example of pieces made by Frank Hess during his design period at Miriam Haskell. It is 2" long x 1 1/2" wide and is made from aluminum strips with red glass beads. It has a celluloid backing with a metal clip mechanism. It is not signed like all pieces from this time period, but is undeniably early Haskell construction. | ||||||
