| This unique necklace was designed by Los Castillo family member, Brenda Schoenfeld. Brenda's early sterling works were sold through her Dallas, Texas shop where she garnered much attention with her bold designs. She moved to Florence in the 90's and began production in gold, so these early examples are increasingly hard to find. This necklace is 18 1/4" long x 1 1/8" wide in front and is made from heavy cast sterling silver (111 grams). Each link has a cushion like cross design reminiscent of earlier Spratling designs, and the five central panels have faceted amethyst glass stones. The necklace is in excellent condition and is signed "Brenda Schoenfeld 1985 Mexico" on the reverse. | |||||||||
