| This outstanding vinaigrette by William Kerr is a wonderful example of the art nouveau style. It measures 3 1/4" long x 1 1/2" wide and is intricately made from repousse sterling silver. It has an elaborate depiction of a Florentine dolphin and the aerated cap is attached by a sterling chain. It has two very shallow dimples on the cap, but they are only noticeable upon close inspection. The tubular part of the flask has it's original packed cotton and the rim is hallmarked "Sterling 3" with the Kerr sword hallmark. Overall, the flask is in excellent condition, and is worthy of any collection...beginning or advanced. | ||||||||||
