| This amazing bib necklace was designed by Countess Cissy Zoltowska of Vienna. Cissy was known for her over the top designs often incorporating rather outlandish color combinations of rhinestones. This piece is unique for the designer because of it's lack of rhinestones, yet it is still "over the top" in it's design. It incorporates 2 of her favorite chain motifs, and is 17" long with a uniform 5" long fringe. It is made from heavy weight (450 grams) silver tone chain, and is signed "CIS" under a crown on the end pendant of the choke chain. It is in excellent condition. | |||||||||
