I learned from a former rep of his that he was a chemical engineer and developed the adhesive which he eventually used in his earring designs. This beautiful vintage Kramer necklace has the look of paste jewelry from the Victorian era. Christian Dior did use Kramer for some of it's early designs, and I feel this piece was probably from the same period. The necklace measures 16" long and has a center element of 3 3/4" long x 1 3/4".
