It has a 7/8" diameter portrait hand painted on preban ivory and the mounting is elaborately set with small seed pearls. The portrait has a small age fracture which has darkened with age, and the reverse has a safety clutch which appears to be a later replacement. Neither detracts from the beauty of this piece which is in amazing condition for it's age.

It has a great "lucky" wishbone design with two 3 leaf clovers atop. It has a "C" scroll closure and the reverse is hallmarked "H G & S" with 925 and "Seantai Sesana?". It is in excellent condition.
