This unique hair ornament was designed by Taxco silversmith, Hubert Harmon. He is known for his unusual designs which can be seen in this piece depicting a pair of winged feet. It is handwrought from brass and is signed "Huber Harmon Made in Mexico" on the reverse. It measures 3" wide x 4 1/2" long and is in excellent condition.
This is certainly one of the best Los Ballesteros bracelets I've seen. It is 2 3/8" wide in front and has a 2 3/8" diameter opening. It has a great half ball design with a 18MM synthetic faceted alexandrite stone center. It has an attached safety chain which was later added and the clasp is hallmarked "Sterling 925 Made in Mexico" with the Los Ballesteros logo. It in excellent condition.
This unique ring has a 1" diameter x 3/4" thick high dome design. It is intricately made from sterling silver and has a 13MM tiger eye cabochon center. It has no markings except for 925 on the shank. I have had the same ring marked as "Los Ballesteros" in the past.
This charming vintage Mexican silver set has a great modernist fish skeleton design. The pendant is 3 1/2" long x 1 3/4" wide and the matching pierced earrings are 1 3/4" long x 3/4" wide. The set is made from sterling silver and hallmarked "Sterling Taxco MC" with eagle #3. The set is in excellent condition.
These lovely earrings were designed by Taxco master silversmith, Antonio Pineda. Each screwback earring is 7/8" long x 1/2" wide and both are made from 970 silver. They are in excellent condition with one earring bearing the Antonio crown, and the other bearing eagle #17.
This charming vintage pin was made by the Taxco taller of Los Castillo. It is 1 7/8" in diameter and is made from sterling silver with a crushed azurite front. It is in excellent condition and is signed "Los Castillo Taxco 207 Sterling Made in Mexico" on the reverse.
This wonderful vintage bracelet was designed by Taxco maestro, Hector Aguilar. It is 7 1/2" long x 3/4" wide and has convex square panels with 3 alternating balls forming the links. It is made from 940 silver which is slightly purer than sterling and has developed a rich patina over the years. It is in excellent condition and is signed with the HA monogram as well as 940 and Taxco.
This classic design belt by Hector Aguilar was popularized by Georgia O'Keefe who was photographed wearing it often. The belt consists of 4 "X" panels measuring 3 1/2" long x 2 1/4" wide and the buckle is 2 3/8" wide x 1 1/4" wide. Each piece is handwrought from sterling silver and the buckle bears an early Aguilar "HA" hallmark as well as Taxco 940. This gorgeous vintage pendant was made by the Taxco silver firm, Los Ballesteros. It is 2 1/2" in diameter and has an intricate repousse and cutwork Mayan design. The front has a faceted 15MM blue topaz, and the reverse is hallmarked " Sterling 925 Hecho en Mexico" with the Los Ballestero logo. It is in excellent condition.
This unusual modernist bird set was designed by Jorge Castillo, better known as Chato of the renowned Los Castillo taller. The pin measures 2 3/4" long x 2" wide and the matching earrings are 1 1/2" long x 1" wide. The set handwrought from sterling silver and has pearl, coral, and green stone accents.
