The front has cobalt enamel and is set with genuine pearls around a center garnet cabochon. The reverse side has an engraved lid revealing an inner locket compartment. There is some loss of enamel but it is not noticeable to the naked eye. It hangs from an 18" long chain and weighs 4.6 grams.

It weighs 3.2 grams and has been acid tested for 14k gold. It is in excellent condition.

It has intricate clusters of prong set rose cut and cabochon garnets set in a gold fill mounting. It has a "C" scroll closure on the reverse and it is in excellent condition. It does have some scratching on the reverse which I believe was done to remove an early engraving.
