It is not signed like many early Robert/Fashiocraft pieces, but has the signature construction that you often see in their signed pieces. The pin is in excellent condition.

It is 3 1/2" long x 2 1/8" wide and has a colorful array of rhinestones in varying shapes and sizes. It has a Japanned silver tone setting and the bottom has dangling twisted chain accents. It has some very minor wear to the borealis finish on the hard edges of a few of the stones, but overall, it is in excellent condition.
