It has a Japanned mounting and is unsigned like all Juliana pieces. It is a confirmed Delizza design, and is quite hard to find.

These charming earrings were made by Delizza and Elster, better known as the makers of Juliana jewelry. The earrings are 1 1/4" long x 3/4" wide and have almond shaped cobalt rhinestones with borealis and green rhinestone accents. They have a Japanned mounting and they are unsigned like all Juliana pieces. They are in excellent condition and would be a nice complement to the Juliana lizard pin I have listed.
