It is made from gold tone metal and has sparkling borealis, citrine, and topaz rhinestones. It is not signed, like most Delizza pieces, but it is a known piece confirmed by Frank Delizza. It is in excellent condition.
Vintage bakelite pieces like this rarely hit the market since most are stashed away in private collection. It is slightly over 3/4" wide and has 2 5/8" diameter opening. It has two reverse carved panels in applejuice bakelite flanked by solid black bakelite. It has some light foxing from age, but overall, it is in excellent condition.

The necklace is 18" long with a tiger clasp closure measuring 2 3/4" long x 1" wide, and the matching clip earrings are 1" long x 7/8" wide. The necklace has nine strands of black, tortoise, gold, and silver beads in glass and acrylic. The set is in excellent condition and each piece is signed "Ciner".
