This unique necklace was designed by the current head of Los Castillo, Emilia "Mimi" Castillo. It has a wearable length of 16" and drapes down approximately 2 1/4" in front. The neck wire it self is sterling silver, and it has 9 cutwork birds in sterling silver, brass, and copper. It is in excellent condition and is hallmarked "Emilia Castillo Mexico M.R. 925 TC-124".
This amazing necklace was designed by Taxco master silversmith, Antonio Pineda. The necklace is hand crafted from 970 silver with black obsidian stone accents, and measures 16" long x 2 1/4" wide. It bears all appropriate hallmarks including "YY 970 Silver Hecho en Mexico" as well as the design number 480, Antonio crown, and eagle number 17. This lovely vintage pin was made by the Taxco silver firm of Los Castillo. It is hand crafted from repousse sterling silver and measures a sizable 4" long x 3" wide. It in excellent condition and is hallmarked "Los Castillo Taxco Sterling Made in Mexico 667".
This elegant pin is a timeless design from the Taxco Maestro, William Spratling. It is commonly known as his "Petate" design and measures 3" long x 2 5/8" wide. It is an unusual repousse quilted design and is a hefty 66 grams. It is in excellent condition and the reverse is signed "Spratling Silver" with the circular "Spratling Made in Mexico" monogram hallmark.
