Sales Policy

All items are accurately described by The Lush Life antiques and are sold as is.
I guarantee all items to be vintage unless otherwise stated in the item description.
I will be happy to answer any questions that you may have.

Shipping is by priority postal mail and is a base fee of $5.00. Multiple purchases are combined and insurance is required on all purchases. As of May 14, 2007, the insurance fees are as follows:

International shipping is available, but actual value will be declared on customs forms. Global EMS service is recommended for international buyers. This service is for your protection, as well as mine.

RETURNS

Your satisfaction is my goal, and any item may be returned or exchanged for any reason. I must be notified of the return within 72 hours of the item(s) receipt. The item(s) should then be promptly sent to me within one week of its original delivery date. Delays in the return of any item will result in a 30% restocking fee. I expect pieces to be sent back securely wrapped/insured, and any return postage fees incurred are the responsibility of the buyer. Upon receipt of the item in it's original condition, I will issue a refund in your original form of payment. Your credit card will either be credited, or I will send a check covering the transaction amount less original shipping/insurance costs.

I do offer layaways with 1/3 down, 1/3 in 30 days, and the balance within 60 days. It is the buyers responsibilty to keep up with timely payments. Delays in payments will result in the piece being relisted for sale. A 30% restocking fee (based on original cost of item) will be charged on any incomplete layaway.
